Who we work with
- Companies: incentive trips, team offsites, meetings with a leisure program around them.
- Friends and families: milestone birthdays, reunions, trips with several generations.
- Weddings and proposals: guest transfers, venues, boats, a photographer.
- Cruise groups: shore programs from the cruise terminal at Píer Mauá, timed to get everyone back before the ship leaves.
- Travel agencies and tour operators that send groups: see For travel agencies.
What we arrange
We put together the whole ground program or only the parts you need: coaches and minibuses, guides, airport and cruise terminal transfers, hotel rooms, restaurants and private dinners, venues, boats, day trips out of Rio, and the big event nights, New Year’s Eve and Carnival.
We do not run tours ourselves. A local provider we have vetted delivers each service, you deal only with us, and you receive the provider details after you confirm the booking.
Logistics for groups of 10 to 200 people
- Vehicles. Small groups travel in minivans or a minibus. Larger groups go by coach, and above one coach load we split the group across several coaches, with a guide on each where the program needs one. We confirm vehicle capacities in the proposal.
- Timing. Rio traffic decides how many stops fit into a day, so we plan fewer stops with margins between them. At busy sites, a large group can be split into waves with different start times.
- Meeting points. Each stop has one clear meeting point and a set departure time, and the guide counts heads before the coach leaves.
- Staggered transfers. When people arrive on different flights, we group the arrivals into several transfers by flight time, so early arrivals do not wait at the airport for the last plane.
- Event days. On New Year’s Eve and during Carnival the city closes roads. Last New Year’s Eve, charter buses, minibuses and vans were not allowed into Copacabana and Leme from 00:00 on December 31. Around the Sambadrome in 2026, parking was banned and there was no dedicated event parking. We plan drop-off points outside the closed area and walk the last stretch with a guide, or use the metro.
- Large groups. For 50 people and more, we work together with a large local receptive partner. You keep one contact on our team.
Sample program outlines
These outlines show how a program can be built. Prices depend on dates, group size and hotel level, so we quote each program separately.
Four days in Rio
- Day 1: arrival at Galeão airport, meet and greet, transfer to the hotel, welcome dinner.
- Day 2: Christ the Redeemer on Corcovado and the Sugarloaf Mountain cable car with a guide, lunch between the two.
- Day 3: a guided favela visit with a local guide in the morning; the afternoon free for the beach; dinner with live samba.
- Day 4: a day trip out of the city, for example a boat day around Angra dos Reis or a visit to the mountain town of Petrópolis, then the departure transfer or one more night.
Rio and the Costa Verde, six days
- Days 1 and 2: Rio, as above.
- Day 3: transfer to Angra dos Reis and a boat to Ilha Grande. Since June 1, 2026, Angra dos Reis charges visitors a tourism fee that also covers the islands, and every visitor has to register on the city’s Viva Angra system. We check the amount for your dates and group.
- Day 4: on Ilha Grande, trails or a boat trip around the island.
- Day 5: transfer to Paraty and a walk through the historic center. Paraty and Ilha Grande were inscribed together as a UNESCO World Heritage site in 2019.
- Day 6: return to Rio or straight to Galeão for the flight home.
